The cats love their new toys. They helped themselves to the bag before I even got them unpacked.
I've been over at the boss' house, doing inventory every day up until today. Last night I had the chance to see something extraordinary. Sue's
Dutchman's Pipe Cactus bloomed last night! We took pictures, so hopefully I'll be able to post them soon. The blossoms were
very fragrant, quite large, and stunningly beautiful. It's a shame they only last one night.
Tonight my Pathfinder game continues. I need to clean off the table and get set up for it.
After the game, I need to get cleaned up for sewing. I have to focus on getting Sara's bridesmaid dresses finished. The candy molds finally came in for the wedding, so I can take all that stuff over to Susan, so she can do those.
We've gotten several estimates on clearing the ruins of the garage. Now if the insurance company would send the check... The city gave us 60 days to get rid of the wreckage.
And finally, on the computer front, the machine is working again, better than ever since it's brain transplant (new hard drive). And I've gotten hooked, at least for a little while, on two new online games...
Nation States and
Runescape. Thank you to my friends for introducing me to my latest electronic obsessions. At least they're free...
